Principals
Jené Leiner
During her 30 years in marketing, Jené has gained a reputation for delivering results. She directed communications for Seattle-based Primus, where she was a key player in launching the company’s first product and establishing the corporate brand. Whether defining strategy or driving tactics, she’s earned her stripes working for companies such as SearchAmerica, Onyx Software, McKesson HBOC, and Lawson Software. Jené earned her B.A. in communications from Luther College.
Melissa Urbanski
Melissa has employed her passion for marketing in business-to-business, consumer, and educational marketing for more than 30 years. She was recruited into marketing management for The Pillsbury Company and previously worked for the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. No stranger to small business, she also spearheaded double-digit growth as the general manager of her family’s materials company. Melissa received her M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management after receiving her B.A. in marketing from St. Cloud State University.
