My Space Downtown

In 2021, My Space Downtown recognized a need among workers for spaces that would provide the infrastructure to readily do work. Enter: a new coworking space in Panama City, Florida. Cypress launched the company with a corporate identity, a new web site, social channels, and promotional efforts. The demand revealed itself quickly, with all office spaces already rented and a completed expansion in 2022.
